Ultimate Bridal Experience:

 

The 912 Regency Plaza ‘Ultimate Bridal Experience’ is an opportunity for our preferred vendors to showcase their wedding related service or product to engaged couples from Central Minnesota. Couples will be invited to tour our venue on Saturday, March 6 from 1-3 pm. Each room will be set up for wedding related events, including bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions, dinner receptions and gift openings.

We are asking participating vendors to actively demonstrate their wedding related product or service at the venue. Please provide samples or examples and try to include an interactive element in your display. We encourage you to provide information, along with any promotional items, in the packets provided to attendees at registration. This is not a typical wedding expo, but an opportunity for the couples to experience your service.

The event will be promoted through 104.7 KCLD (live mentions, radio ads, website presence and email blast to 5,000 listeners); facebook; Email Newsletter; 2 Bridal Expos; 912 Regency Plaza website; invitations at vendor locations.

Vendors are not being charged to participate in this event, but instead are being asked to contribute a door prize of significant value to be given away at the event and to put a lot of effort into their display at the event.

Vendor Set Up: The facility will be available for set up the morning of the event at 8 am. Pending availability, vendors may be able to make arrangements to come in the day before. Vendors should be fully set up by 12:15 pm on March 6th.

 

Description: An intimate bridal event for engaged couples, showcasing 912 Regency Plaza and area wedding vendors. Food and wine samples will be provided by Mi Famiglia Catering.

 

Types of Vendors: Bakers, Florists, Printer, Photographers, Transportation, Decorators, Jeweler, Bridal Fashions, Musicians, etc.

 

Vendors Should: Provide some sort of interactive experience for the attendees. Use the space to visually display your product or service, provide samples or examples. We want attendees to see how well your product or service would partner with our facility for their big day. Rather than stand at a booth, you are encouraged to move around the area of the facility where your display is to interact with attendees. This is not a typical expo, but an experience.

 

Door Prize: In lieu of a vendor fee, we are asking vendors to provide a high-value door prize to be given away the day of the event. This includes offering your service or product for free or at discount of significant value.

 

Vendor Tear-Down: Teardown should be completed after the completion of the event.
Swag Bags: All vendors are encouraged to provide information for the packets to be given out at registration. You may also include samples, promotional items or coupons. Since vendors won't be in a booth, putting your information in the packet will ensure all attendees leave with your information.

At the event, vendors will be representing their product or service how it can be used in partnership with 912 Regency Plaza. We kindly ask that you do not promote other venues, facilities or caterers at this event.
